1. Overview

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly review the notice for completeness and validity
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the party who posted the content of the takedown
• Maintain records of all notices received

We reserve the right to disregard notices that do not comply with DMCA requirements.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our DMCA agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or the District of Massachusetts if your address is outside the United States)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright claimant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringers

Puppies Breath Pet Concierge maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
