Puppies Breath Pet Concierge is a USDA-registered professional pet transportation company offering ground and air transport services for domestic and international travel. We are headquartered at 74 Elm Street, Suite 255, West Springfield, MA 01089.

We provide pet transportation and concierge services including but not limited to:
- Domestic ground and air pet transport
- International pet transport
- Pet travel coordination and logistics
- Consultation and booking services
All services are subject to availability, applicable regulations, and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Bookings & Appointments
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by Puppies Breath Pet Concierge
- A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure events
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate pet and travel information at the time of booking
5. SMS Messaging Program
Puppies Breath Pet Concierge operates an SMS communication program to keep clients informed and connected. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description:
- SMS Notifications & Alerts: Transactional messages related to your bookings, service updates, appointment reminders, and account activity from Puppies Breath Pet Concierge
- Marketing Communications: Occasional promotional messages, service announcements, and updates from Puppies Breath Pet Concierge
Consent:
- SMS consent is always optional and is never required to purchase or use our services
- You must manually opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our forms
- Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected
Message Frequency:
- Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences
- Notification messages are sent in relation to your scheduled services

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking
- Cancellations made with sufficient notice as specified at booking may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as outlined at booking

7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s) including health status, vaccination records, and behavioral notes
- Ensure your pet is fit for travel at the time of transport
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and international pet travel regulations
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your pet's health or travel documentation
8. Limitation of Liability
Puppies Breath Pet Concierge takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions that manifest during transport
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airline schedules, or government actions beyond our control
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puppies Breath Pet Concierge, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information.
